Research

Stochastic Simulation of Biochemical Reactions

I am pursuing research on efficient techniques for stochastic simulation, based on caching and a technique called event leaping. This is part of a framework for massively distributed stochastic simulation that we are developing for high-performance computing systems such as IBM's Blue Gene Supercomputer.
